In 2020/21, after the “covid break” of last school year, we have had to redirect and modify our way of teaching, especially in our subject, Robotics. Thanks to technology this discipline has the chance of reinventing learning methods. Lego Wedo 2.0 supports a hands-on, “minds-on” learning solution that gives students the confidence to ask questions and the tools to find the answers and to solve real-life problems. The “Robot Challenge” project is an excellent opportunity for developing new skills. Creativity and experimentation go along with this fantastic experience that all kids enjoy enthusiastically.
We divide the project into four phases: • The Explore phase, to connect and motivate students to their task. • The Create phase, they draw their prototype, then the students build it, and finally, it’s programmed. • The Test phase is the moment they enjoy the most, it allows students time to explore. • The Share phase, in which the students document and present their projects to the rest of the class.

The final results in are pretty awesome. Now it’s time to play, enjoy and share with the rest of our class mates in 4th-grade Primary.
